Nothing reaches our boutique or our website until we are certain it is authentic. Every piece passes three layers of authentication: our founder's expertise, Entrupy technology and independent authenticators.
Three layers of authentication
A piece is only listed when every check agrees.
Every piece is personally reviewed by our founder, Diana Aldaoud, drawing on more than a decade of authenticating luxury in Amman. We examine materials, weight, construction, stitching, hardware, stamps, date codes and serial numbers against brand-specific standards.
We verify pieces with Entrupy, an AI-powered authentication system that examines materials at microscopic magnification and compares them against a large database of authentic and counterfeit items.
For an additional, independent opinion, we work with specialist third-party authenticators. Their verdict is checked against our own before any piece is approved.
What we examine
Every house has its own signatures. We check each piece against the standards of the brand that made it.
Leather grain, canvas, fabric and lining: texture, weight and finish.
Stitch count, spacing, angle and thread, inside and out.
Weight, finish, engravings, zips, clasps and screws.
Heat stamps, fonts, spacing, alignment and placement.
Date codes, serial stickers and cards, checked for format and consistency.
Shape, symmetry, edge painting and how the piece is put together.

Every piece sold by Fashion House, in our boutique or online, is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. It is the promise our reputation has been built on since 2013.
We do not accept counterfeit items of any kind. If we have any doubt about a piece, we ask the consignor for proof of purchase. If authenticity cannot be confirmed, the piece is returned to the consignor and is never listed.

Can you authenticate a bag I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Our authentication service is available to everyone for a fee. Bring your piece to our boutique in Abdoun, or message us on WhatsApp on +962 79 532 4199 to arrange it.
What happens if a consigned piece fails authentication?
It is never listed. We ask the consignor for proof of purchase, and if authenticity cannot be confirmed, the piece is returned to them.
